When you place an order for floor fans, table fans, portable fans, small ceiling fans or other products through our website, email or other authorized channels, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. The price includes applicable U.S. sales tax (calculated based on your shipping address) and excludes shipping fees, customization fees and bulk order surcharges (unless otherwise stated).

You confirm that all information provided at checkout (including shipping address, product model, payment details, contact information) is accurate and complete. For customized orders (such as branded portable fans, custom-colored ceiling fans), you confirm that all customization details are correct to ensure the final product meets your requirements.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Your order is only deemed accepted when we send you a written order confirmation email containing the order number, product details and estimated delivery date. We may reject orders for the following reasons: product out of stock (e.g., limited-edition quiet floor fans sold out); price errors (e.g., incorrect pricing of ceiling fan kits); suspected fraudulent activities (e.g., use of stolen payment information); inability to deliver to your specified address (e.g., remote areas not covered by couriers).

If we reject your order, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund for any processed payments — the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

You may modify or cancel your order only if it has not entered the production or shipping process (i.e., you have not received a "Production Started" or "Shipment Confirmation" notification). To modify or cancel an order, please send an email to the customer support email with the subject line "Order Modification/Cancellation - [Your Order Number]" and include your name and modification details (e.g., adjusting fan size, changing color, full order cancellation).

We will process valid modification or cancellation requests within 1 business day and send a confirmation email. If your order has entered production (especially customized products such as branded portable fans, custom ceiling fans) or has been shipped, we cannot accept modification or cancellation requests. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for solutions.

All product descriptions, specifications and images of floor fans, table fans, portable fans, small ceiling fans on the website are for reference only. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information but do not guarantee that all details (such as noise level, airflow volume, color) are 100% correct. Due to production batches or screen display differences, there may be slight deviations in product appearance or specifications, which do not constitute product defects.

You acknowledge that normal wear and tear will occur during the use of fans, and the service life depends on usage habits and maintenance methods. We are not liable for damages or dissatisfaction caused by improper use, incorrect cleaning or unmet expectations (e.g., slight noise level difference from product description). Before purchasing and using, you are responsible for carefully reading the product description and safety guide.

We are not liable for product damage caused by accidental collisions, water exposure or improper storage (e.g., portable fan damaged by drops, ceiling fan motor burned out from voltage fluctuations).

When using our website and purchasing products, you agree to comply with the following obligations: (1) Provide true, accurate and complete information when checking out and registering an account (if applicable); (2) Use the products in accordance with the product manual and applicable laws and regulations; (3) Do not resell the products for commercial purposes without our written consent (except for authorized retailers); (4) Do not use our website or services for fraudulent, illegal or harmful activities (e.g., submitting fake orders, stealing product images for counterfeiting).

If you violate any of the above obligations and cause losses to us (e.g., reputation damage, economic losses caused by fake orders), we reserve the right to pursue legal liability and claim compensation.

All intellectual property rights related to our products and website (including but not limited to product designs, trademarks, logos, text content, images, fan blade patterns) belong to us or our authorized partners. Without our written permission, you may not use, copy, modify or distribute these intellectual property materials.

This includes but is not limited to: (1) Copying product images of floor fans, table fans, portable fans for use on other e-commerce platforms; (2) Using our brand logo on counterfeit fans; (3) Copying our product maintenance guides or policy documents for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, property damage) arising from the purchase or use of our products or errors or omissions in product information.

For any direct damages related to the purchased products, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product causing the damage. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the damage is caused by negligence, breach of contract or other reasons, except for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions (including but not limited to order disputes, product liability disputes) shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, USA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material modifications (such as changing the order cancellation policy, limitation of liability clauses), we will post the updated Terms & Conditions on the website and send a notification to your registered email address (if you have an account).

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect 7 days after the notification is sent. Continuing to use our website or purchase products after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and other applicable policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase and use of products. Any prior agreements, understandings or commitments (whether oral or written) between you and us are superseded by these Terms & Conditions.
